About

The most authentic thing about us is our capacity to create, to overcome, to endure, to transform, to love and to be greater than our suffering

It all started when...

Founder Erin Mary Griffin reached what she thought was her capacity for suffering 11 years ago. The experience changed her and hence started her journey of storytelling through film production. She was fascinated with the human ability to push ourselves further, and she became aware of the beautiful necessity to collaborate with one another. Achievement is not reached alone.

Capacity development is the process through which individuals, organizations and societies obtain, strengthen and maintain the capabilities to set and achieve their own development objectives over time. Capacity is about growth: growth of the individual in knowledge, skills and experience. Erin Mary Griffin's passion is to connect individuals, so that collectively we can grow; hence The Human Capacity.

We are an artistic collective that contracts out creative talents to foster human empathy. We work with a specific group of creative individuals that have unique experience in quality storytelling. In our collective we come together on projects, selecting a unique team (for you) of consultants, digital marketers, producers, film directors, cinematographers, editors, composers, photographers, writers, and graphic designers...all who share similar styles and hearts to produce impactful, quality projects for you.
