Multi-Emmy Award, Grammy Award and C.A.S Award recipient Tommy Vicari is one of Hollywood’s most respected recording engineer & music mixer & supervisor. The list of his sonic achievements is eclectic and archives over 40 years of history in music including six Grammy nominations with two Grammy Awards and eighteen Emmy Nominations, taking home six Emmy Awards. Since 1969, Tommy has recorded music for every genre of the entertainment industry
with world reknowned artists, from Billy Preston to producing Prince debut record, “For You”, to George Duke, Jeffrey Osborne, Philip Bailey, Quincy Jones, Barbara Streisand, Sammy Nestico and Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band, to name a few. His film credits began in 1974 with the cult classic Brian DiPalma’s and Paul Williams “Phantom of the Paradise”, to the latest Pixar multi-Academy AwardsTM nominated animation films “Finding Nemo” & “Wall-E”, the 2009 Academy Award® nominee for sound mixing. Over the last eighteen years, he collaborated with composer Thomas Newman, scoring over 23 films including “Road to Perdition”, “Lemony Snicket’s, a Series of Unfortunate Events”, “Saving Mr. Banks”, “The Judge”, “He Named Me Malala”, “Bridge of Spies”, “Finding Dory”, the 2016 Cinema Audio Society winner, to the latest Academy Award nominated film “Passengers”, to name a few. Recently working along side Nicholas Brittel, Tommy scored “ The Big Short” and the 2016 Academy Award
winning film “Moonlight”.

Tommy just completed the latest release of “Thank You for Your Service”, now in
theatre.
